Community Connection
“Family Time” is now Community Connection! While the name has changed, the focus has not: these activities, offered by our Children’s Education Director, are designed to help families remain connected to their faith, community and each other.
Each week, a new activity is introduced during Sunday worship and then posted below. Also, don’t forget to follow Community Connection on Facebook and Instagram.
Faces of Easter III
As we move through the season of Lent, we’ve been sharing the Godly Play story we tell in Sunday School every year, the Faces of Easter. This story takes us, week by week, on a journey through special moments in the life of Jesus from infancy through adulthood, and brings us closer to the mystery of Easter. This week, share in the third part of the story, the one that tells of Jesus’s baptism by John.
Faces of Easter I and II
This time of year is so special in Sunday School, because we share the Faces of Easter stories each week – a journey through special moments in the life of Jesus from infancy through adulthood. It’s a way of coming closer, week by week, to the mystery of Easter.

Feel the Love on Valentine’s Day

In fact, in the Godly Play version of the story of the Ten Commandments, God’s message to man through the tablets given to Moses is distilled down to just three statements: Love God, Love People, and God Loves Us. On this special day devoted to love, we encourage you to dig into those commandments with your family…
